Abstract:Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) is a commonly used material for foam preparation. However, its application is hindered by significant shrinkage behavior. To reduce the foam shrinkage, polylactic acid (PLA) and calcium stearate‐modified montmorillonite (MMT‐St) were incorporated into the polyurethane matrix.
