The STaged ELeclron Laser Accelemtion(STELLA) experiment is currently being assembled and tested at the BNL Accelerator Test Facility (ATT). The existing BNL inverse free electron laser (IFEL) I& been positioned upstream of the inverse Cerenkov acceleration (ICA) experimenton Beamline#1. This beamlinealsof~new quadruples and anew spectrometercapable of a +/-20V'O energyacceptance. Anew laser beam trsnsport system has been installedto Pen.& acixuate control of the laser phase for the laser beams sent to the IFEL and ICA &vices. Detection of the microbuncheswill be performed using a coherenttransition radiation(CTR) diagnosticsimilarto one alreadydemonstratedat the ATF.
