Abstract: The Grönblad-Strandberg-Syndrome (Pseudoxanthoma elasticum) is a systemic disease of the elastic tissue, typical symptoms being lesion of skin and ocular fundi. The frequently appearing vascular changes, particularly of occlusive nature, are important for the patient's prognosis.
