Stent angioplasty for coronary compression syndrome related to prosthetic aortic valve

Abstract: A 76-year-old woman was admitted for surgical aortic valve replacement for severe aortic valve stenosis and left atrial appendage occlusion. The preoperative coronary angiography showed patent coronary arteries with anomalous origin of the left circumflex (LCX) arising as a side branch from the right coronary artery (Figure 1).
