The aim from this the study effect Phenol compound isolated from Menthe spicata leaves and Nano – Zinc Oxide on Antimicrobial activity antifungal (Candida albicans ) and antibacterial (staphylococcuse aureas and Escherichia coli) , The Menth spicata plant collection from the city of Karbala in 2/9/ 2022 after cleaning and removing soil. As the seed were washed three times with tap water , extraction by using soxhelet apparatus by using methanol (70%) , through 24 hours of and evaporation by rotary evaporation apparatus 40C° for drying, and isolation phenol from Menthe spicata leaves , E. coli and Sta. aureus and C.albicans were obtained from libraries university of karbala , the antimicrobial test against (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans) was detected by disc diffusion methods was carried out using phenol extract at concentrations of 0.5, 1, 2, and 13 mg/ml , while Znonanoparticles was performed 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, and 1 mg/ml concentration . indicate the results the inhibition zone of phenol was 17.5 against C.albicans , 13.76 mm against E .coli, 12.87 mm against S. aureus in concentration (0.5) mg/ml. while concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 18.34 , S. aureus 13.98mm , E.coli 14.98mm , while concentration 2mg/ml in C.albicans 19.21mm , S. aureus 14.98mm , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 3 mg/ml in C.albicans 21.65mm S. aureus 16.87 mm , E.coli (17.98) mm. While Znonanoparticles' C.albicans inhibition zone was 18.98, , 19.76 mm against E .coli, 20.76 mm against S. aureus in concentration 0.2 mg/ml, while concentration 0.5 mg/ml in C.albicans 19.32 , S. aureus 21.87mm , E.coli 20.54mm , while concentration 0.8mg/ml in C.albicans 21.87mm , S. aureus 22.87 , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 22.98mm , S. aureus 24.8 mm and E.coli 23.98 mm. The study's finding is that C.albicans was inhibited by phenol compounds at various doses., while the Znonanoparticles with various doses caused the antibacterial activity to be inhibited (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans).

This research involved extracting the crude and volatile oil from Casuarina cunninghamiana leaves, which are part of the Casuarinaceae family. It also involved doing a phytochemical screen to determine the yield of the crude and volatile oil extract., The antifungal effects of crude and volatile oil extract depended on concentration; for example, a methanol crude extract of leaves expressed its maximal inhibitory zone at 400 mg/ml, which was 20.12 mm, but at low concentrations of 100 mg/ml, it was 13.2 mm. While the inhibitory zone against C. albicans at a high concentration of ethanol crude extract of leaf reached a diameter of 1 9.12 mm. In contrast, the inhibition zone width against C. albicans in the high concentration of hexan volatile oil extract reached 22.15 mm despite the low concentration of reported 12.3 mm. The low concentration of 13.12 mm was however measured. In hexan volatile oil extract, C. albicans exhibited great activity. The width of the inhibitory zone, however, is against C. albicans obtained a diameter of 21.13 mm at a low concentration of 14.12 mm of ether volatile oil extract. The study’s objective is to determine the best extract (crude or volatile oil extract), as well as the best alcoholic extract (methanol, ethanol, ether, and hexan), and the best concentration of the study extracts.

The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of phenol separation from Roselle extract on the volatile oil yield, as well as the roles of total phenol, zinc, and protean for Helianthus annus L. (Sunflower). The agricultural test was conducted in the spring. 2022 in the city of Kerbala in Arabia The factorial experiment examined the effects of spraying a source level of Roselle extract with phenol compound the separation from Roselle on various active compounds and chemical characteristics of sunflower plants using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications, two factors, and phenol compoundthe first factor was Roselle extract (control, 10, 20 gm L-1) The second factor was phenol (control, 0.5, 8 gm L-1 ). The medicines were administered in two dosages, and after assessing all growth traits, the plants were harvested when fully mature. After the crop reached full maturity on July 18, 2022, the harvesting process was carried out. The results indicate phenol separation from Roselle extract Improved content (volatile oil yield, Zinc and protean and total phenol ).
