Abstract:A palladium-catalyzed novel stereoselective Heck/Buchwald−Hartwig cascade reaction of substituted N-(2iodophenyl)propiolamides and amines has been established to furnish a series of 3-(aminoalkylidene)oxindole scaffolds with good yields.
