Abstract: Insulinoma is the most common functional neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas, with the main clinical symptom being hypoglycemia. The standard treatment is surgery, but some patients are not eligible for surgery, while in those operated on, the risk of perioperative complications is up to 30%.
