Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to analyze the early mortality rates and patterns of relapse after stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) as an initial metastasis-directed therapy.Methods: Patients with pulmonary oligometastases initially treated with SBRT were included in this retrospective multicenter study.
