Abstract: Background and objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the survival benefit of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) versus lenvatinib as first-line therapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT).
