Abstract:This report describes two cases of canine sterile pyogranuloma/granuloma syndrome presenting with fulminant extensive ulcerations, pyrexia and systemic malaise; one case with concurrent unilateral uveitis. This presentation contrasts to typically reported cases, and due to the severity of signs, urgent distinction from aggressive infectious causes was required. Both cases required extended immunosuppressive treatments for resolution.
