“…Likewise, in the present study, we found the instant hormonal surge in A and B treatments which triggered the release of inducing hormones for reproduction in C. magur . However, many researchers have reported that nonadelivery of hormones, drugs, etc, upregulated the reproductive hormones as well as increased the spermatozoa in fishes ( 5 7 , 38 ). Similarly, in the present study nanoconjugated nonapeptides and naked nonapeptides were developed and delivered in C. magur.…”

“…In addition, the majority of nanoparticles raise ROS levels, particularly superoxide, which accelerates the oxidation of molecules like proteins or even DNA (19) and that causes a decline in the number of Leydig cells, which in turn affects the production of testosterone. According to certain research, nanoparticles can affect the expression of the Steroidogenic Acute Regulatory protein (StAR) (20) . This protein is a transmit protein that controls the transfer of cholesterol into the inner mitochondrial membrane and improves the steroid hormones' synthesis.…”

“…In order to investigate the potential mechanisms of RF exposure effect on primary Leydig cells, the expression of genes involved in testosterone synthesis ( Star, Cyp11a1, Hsd-3β ) was examined, and all were found to be altered. Steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) is able to mediate the production of steroid hormones which is initiated by translocation of cholesterol through the mitochondrial membrane from the outer to the inner 34. Cholesterol was metabolized into pregnenolone by cytochrome P450 Family 11 subfamily A member 1 (CYP11A1), and the hormonally and developmentally regulated expression of CYP11A1 is mainly driven by a variety of trans-acting factors 35.…”
