Abstract: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) is a life-threating mucocutaneous reaction predominantly induced by drugs. Targeted cancer therapies such as pembrolizumab, which has been approved for the treatment of metastatic malignancy, can cause severe skin toxicities, including SJS.
