Stimulatory Effects of Phenytoin on Osteoblastic Differentiation in Cultured MC3T3-E1 Cells.

Abstract: Phenytoin (diphenylhydantoin, DPH) , an anticonvulsant drug for epileptic patients, has several adverse effects that include calvarial thickening and coarsening of the facial features.
