Stochastic Resonance under Propagation of Electromagnetic Waves in a Three‐Dimensional Random Medium

Abstract: The Bourret approximation for a many-component medium, which is homogeneous and isotropic statistically under an exponential coordinate dependence of the permittivity correlation function, is used to calculate the mean Green tensor of the electromagnetic wave equation.
