StopCovid : consentir au traçage des données personnelles dans le cadre de la lutte contre l’épidémie de Covid-19 ?

Abstract: La crise sanitaire du Covid a conduit le gouvernement à mettre en place, dans l’urgence, une stratégie inédite de traçage des personnes via l’application StopCovid. La mise en place de cette application a soulevé de nombreuses questions polémiques concernant la protection des libertés individuelles et des données à caractère personnel.
