Abstract: Artikel ini merupakan kajian atas strategi komunikasi humas Biro Pemberitaan DPR RI dalam menjaga reputasi dan citra positif organisasi. Hal penting yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah tidak kunjung baiknya citra DPR RI sebagai lembaga negara di mata masyarakat Indonesia.
