The background of the research problem is that there are still students who still do not have characters such as courtesy to teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the PAI teacher's strategy in the process of internalizing character values to students. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Research data were collected through interviews and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted with the head of madrasah, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. Meanwhile, observations were made of student activities with teachers, both in class and outside the classroom. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that PAI teachers applied strategies of student self-empowerment (self-efficacy), habituation (conditioning), and the realization of a caring environment (caring community). While the key to success lies in self-exemplary, personal commitment of teachers, and full service. The results of this study provide benefits for the world of education regarding how strategies in shaping children's character. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ialah masih terdapat siswa yang masih tidak mempunyai karakter seperti sopan santun pada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi guru PAI dalam proses internalisasi nilai karakter kepada siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurilulum, guru, dan siswa. Sementara itu, observasi dilakukan terhadap kegiatan siswa bersama guru, baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru PAI menerapkan strategi pemberdayaan diri siswa (self-efficacy), pembiasaan (conditioning), dan perwujudanlingkungan yang peduli (caring community). Sedangkan kunci keberhasilannya terletak pada keteladanan diri, komitmen pribadi guru, dan layana penuh. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi dunia pendidikan mengenai bagaimana strategi dalam membentuk karakter anak.

During the pandemic, the learning process in schools was considered less effective. The lack of involvement of students in the learning process makes learning activities only focus on the teacher. This happens because students need to adapt to the online learning process at home. Therefore, the government issued a policy for schools to implement a blended learning learning system as an effort to maximize learning, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons during the ongoing pandemic. The purpose of carrying out this research was to explore information related to the implementation of blended learning in improving the character of students through PAI subjects and direct it with library research. This research process was also carried out by exploring various kinds of data sourced from material in relevant journals in various media on the internet. This study describes the results that blended learning has been successfully used as an effective solution to optimize the PAI learning process and can overcome the deficiencies that exist in captivating and courageous learning to develop students' character. The conclusions of this study are 1) there is an effect of blended learning on optimal PAI learning objectives, 2) the need for various types of media designed in the implementation of blended learning as a form of effort to shape the character of students and learning can be achieved as well as possible. Kurangnya keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran menjadikan kegiatan pembelajaran hanya dipusatkan pada guru saja. Hal tersebut terjadi karena peserta didik perlu beradaptasi dengan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran secara online di rumah. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan kepada sekolah untuk menerapkan sistem pembelajaran blended learning sebagai upaya untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran termasuk pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) saat masa pandemi berlangsung. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk menggali informasi yang berkaitan dengan implementasi blended learning dalam meningkatkan karakter peserta didik melalui mata pelajaran PAI dan dilangsungkan dengan studi pustaka (library research). Proses penelitian ini dilakukan juga dengan menggali berbagai macam data yang bersumber dari materi pada jurnal-jurnal yang relevan di dalam berbagai media dalam internet. Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil bahwasannya blanded learning berhasil digunakan sebagai solusi efektif untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran PAI serta dapat mengatasi kekurangan yang ada dalam pembelajaran luring dan daring untuk mengembangkan karakter peserta didik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) adanya pengaruh blended learning terhadap pencapaian pembelajaran PAI yang optimal, 2) perlunya berbagai macam media yang dirancang dalam pelaksanaan blended learning sebagai bentuk upaya untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik dan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan sebaik mungkin.Kata Kunci: Blended learning, Pendidikan karakter, Pendidikan Agama Islam

In 2021 the Ministry of Education and Culture said that 60% of teachers still have limited mastery of ICT. As teachers who are constantly improving their teaching skills, developing their potential to realize the quality of learning by relying on technology is one way to increase competence in the application of ICT in the education sector. This research aims to describe the preparation of teaching strategies for teachers from schools that have implemented technology-based blended learning methods since 2019. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using the case study method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires to support research. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Elementary School Program, 2 offline teachers, 3 learning designers, and 1 online teacher, along with 17 teachers who filled out the questionnaire. From the results of research with questionnaires from 17 teachers, 82.6% strongly agreed and 17.6% agreed on the statement that the preparation of a teaching strategy consisting of a teaching-learning component in it is something that can increase the effectiveness of applied technology-based blended learning. Based on the results obtained, the teaching strategies that were developed before carrying out teaching and learning activities and in the process were considered to improve the quality and effectiveness of technology-based blended learning methods. Pada tahun 2021 Kementrian Pendidikan dan Budaya menyebutkan masih ada 60% guru yang penguasaan TIK-nya masih terbatas. Sebagaimana guru yang senantiasa meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengajar, maka mengembangkan potensi diri demi mewujudkan kualitas suatu pembelajaran dengan mengandalkan teknologi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam penerapan TIK dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyusunan strategi mengajar guru dari sekolah yang menerapkan metode blended learning berbasis teknologi sejak tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket untuk menunjang penelitian. Wawancara dilakukan bersama Kepala Program Sekolah Dasar, 2 orang guru luring, 3 orang learning designers, dan 1 orang guru daring, beserta 17 guru yang mengisi angket. Dari hasil penelitian dengan angket dari 17 guru, 82,6% sangat setuju dan 17,6% setuju atas pernyataan bahwa penyusunan strategi mengajar yang terdiri atas komponen belajar-mengajar didalamnya merupakan hal yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas blended learning berbasis teknologi yang diterapkan. Bedasarkan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa strategi mengajar yang disusun sebelum melakukan kegiatan belajar-mengajar serta dalam prosesnya dinilai meningkatkan kualitas serta efektivitas dari metode blended learning berbasis teknologi.
