Abstract

This article presents a strategic analysis Cluster Logistics Services to identify the segment most appropriate market that contributes to increasing the competitiveness of companies and propose a roadmap that can build capacity among companies belonging to the cluster through plans action and management models that strengthen productivity thereof. For this methodology was applied competitive routes in a cluster of logistics services to identify challenges, new strategy and action plans that favor the competitiveness of enterprises.
