Strategic management of higher education institutions

Abstract: The main goal of this paper is to identify and discuss some basic principles of strategy-making in a modern university in the customer-driven education context, and to stimulate further discussion on this topic. The study aims at providing an in-depth analysis of the internal factors, which comprise a complicated educational environment of a higher education institution.
