IS/IT strategy is one of the keys to a company's success in running a business. IS/IT is usually in line with existing business strategies. In the last few decades, many IS/IT models have been developed and implemented with the aim of improving business management by utilizing the latest technology. Motivated by the application of IS/IT in various business models, this paper aims to emphasize the importance of this strategy in business transformation. This paper contains an overview of the strategy and identification of IS/IT strategies that have been implemented in various business areas. This paper is expected to provide additional knowledge for researchers, communities and IS/IT practitioners in developing and implementing better IS/IT in the future. This study aims to determine recommendations for information systems and information technology strategies and sort the information system's implementation based on company needs. The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, interviews, and official company documents. There are currently some problems in using information systems and information technology in the company, such as business activities that are not optimized with the information system, company information systems that do not provide optimal benefits, and the management of information systems and information technology sufficient. It is also challenging to implement this information system because it considers many factors such as company needs, development costs, and infrastructure capability. Based on these problems, Ward and Peppard's framework with the Analytic Network Process -Benefit Opportunities Cost Risk method is used to find recommendations for information systems and information technology strategies. This research shows that the company does not utilize information systems and information technology to support its business operations. This study recommends some information system and information technology strategies whose application sequences have been adjusted to company needs and conditions. The ANP-BOCR results show that the development of an official website, a management information system, and a project management information system dictates its implementation priority.

Hospital competition is getting tighter, making good hospital strategic planning very important so that the Hospital can survive to develop better in a changing environment. Today's competitive advantage cannot be separated from Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT). IS / IT in hospitals is currently used as a tool to create and develop innovative products, systems, and services for hospitals. The problem that occurs today is a large number of IS / IT that is made without looking at the financial side of the Hospital, thus making a number of uses of IS / IT not optimal in Hospital operational and business activities. Based on these problems, IS / IT strategic planning that also considers financial capability is needed. In this research, IS/IT strategic planning that takes into account the financial aspects is achieved using the approach of Ward and Peppard combined with Cost-Benefit Analysis. Value Chain and Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis methods are used to analyze the current internal condition of the Hospital. Meanwhile, PEST and Porter's Five Forces analysis used external business analysis of the Hospital. The results of this study are in the form of IS business strategy recommendations, IS/IT management strategies, IT strategies, IS application portfolios, and IS/IT investment roadmaps compiled based on costs and benefits. There are 25 IS strategy recommendations, the IT strategy recommends 14 proposals to support the IS strategy based on the cost-benefit, and the IS / IT management strategy recommendations consist of 16 suggestions to support the IS strategy and IT strategy.
