“…In-depth semi-structured interviews with the heads of co-operatives permitted exploration of the involved process of innovations. Interviewees' recruitment was conducted using web pages, mass media advertising, technical magazines in the olive oil field, the information accumulated in previous research [24,26,34] as well as informal and non-codified information spread out in the professional environment of olive oil in Andalusia.
