Strategies and servicescapes: Delivering user‐focused health care in Europe and China

Abstract: The health servicescape model provides an effective tool for both developed and developing markets in terms of both situation analysis and the strategic implementation of effective, user‐focused change. European and Chinese health‐care providers are challenged in increasingly consumer‐centered economies.
