Abstract:Leaf blight caused by Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler is a severe disease of Gloriosa, causing severe yield loss in every part of Gloriosa growing areas of Tamil Nadu. The foliar pathogen was isolated from disease-infected leaves and proved its pathogenicity.
