Directors have turned their consideration to the way of increasing the value of their companies. And for that one of the major goals for higher authority of financial management is to do maximum utilization of the capital employed. This study gives an importance to the performance evaluation through value added statements of selected cement companies. This study is done to prepare and analyze value added statements and also compare the value-added ratios of selected cement companies in India. This secondary data-based study selects two cement companies as samples by using simple random sampling method of probability sampling from NSE and BSE listed cement companies. In this study ratio analysis as an accounting tool is used in which five value added ratios are selected and T-test technique of parametric test as statistical tool is used to identify the difference between samples mean. As per the result of the value-added statements it is found that value created by Ultratech Cement Ltd. was higher than Ambuja Cement Ltd. during this study period. As per the result of T test it can be said that the performance of both the companies are equal in performing ratios excluding Government share to net value added ratio and Capital provider to net value added ratio. The overall conclusion can be made on the basis of value-added ratios that during these five years the performance of Ultratech Cement Ltd. was better than Ambuja Cement Ltd.

Digital literacy is a fundamental competency that must be mastered in the 21st century. Digital literacy skills are the key to presenting interesting, interactive, actual, and factual learning. Therefore, efforts to improve the digital literacy abilities of prospective teachers need to be carried out. The purpose of this research is to explore the efforts that need to be made by teachers and institutions to improve teachers' digital literacy skills. The method used in this research is a literature study. Literature is obtained from various kinds of research articles that are reputable in the national and international spheres. Article analysis was carried out by examining efforts to increase digital literacy skills from each source, and categorizing several efforts into several categories. The results of this study indicate that there are several efforts to improve the digital literacy abilities of prospective teachers, including, procuring partnership programs between tertiary institutions and schools, developing digitalbased teaching modules, developing digital web in the learning process, increasing digital literacy skills of prospective teachers using product-based methods, such as making videos/learning media), using problem-solving-based methods, using some frameworks in implementing education, procuring supporting facilities and developing curricula that integrate digital literacy content into each subject.

RBL (Research-Based Learning) is multi-faced learning. RBL can be applied through different instructional strategies and techniques. The outcome of RBL itself also varies according to the skills needed in the 21st century. However, RBL requires specific guidance on how to implement it properly and correctly so that the multi-faced RBL can be directed and maximize its effectiveness. This study aims to identify the implementation, outcome, and effectiveness of RBL. This study conducted a systematic literature review of 449 articles related to RBL. A number of these articles were selected through inclusion and exclusion criteria, which included a timeline, type of document, source, and language. Finally, 40 articles were selected for analysis. This study incorporates multiple research designs, where the review meets the Publishing Standards for Item Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Science Direct, Eric, and Google Scholar as databases were used to find articles in this study. The results showed that RBL can be implemented properly in three ways, namely RBL as a method, RBL development which in this case must go through trials first, and integration of RBL in further learning also requires trials. While the outcomes of RBL include cognitive, attitude, and skill aspects. Finally, the effectiveness of RBL still requires further research related to the attitude aspect.
