Abstract:Perovskite is the largest mineral on earth and has a variety of excellent physical and chemical properties. La1−xRxFeO3 (R = Co, Al, Nd, Sm) were synthesized using the sol-gel method and analyzed by XRD, TG-DTA, and VSM. With the increase in the Co2+ doping content, the diffraction peak drifted in the direction of a larger angle. The grain size of La1−xRxFeO3(R = Co) is mainly concentrated between 50.7 and 133.5 nm. As the concentration of Co2+ increased, the magnetic loop area and magnetization increased. La1… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
