Structural Aspects at Phase Transitions in Ferroelectric Copolymers of Vinylidenefluoride and Tetrafluoroethylene

Abstract: Permittivity and conductivity low-voltage temperature dependences of a ferroelectric copolymer of vinylidenefluoride VDF with tetrafluoroethylene TFE in the ferroelectric to paraelectric phase transition range were investigated.
