Structural basis for Cu(ii) metallocycle hexamer formation

Abstract

A structural basis for Cu(ii) metallocycle formation is presented. Design requirements for the NNN bis-aryl pincer ligand have been delineated, paving the way for development of a novel class of metal–organic frameworks.
