Abstract:Transcription Termination Factor 1 (TTF1) is a multifunctional mammalian protein with vital roles in various cellular processes, including Pol I-mediated transcription initiation and termination, pre-rRNA processing, chromatin remodelling, DNA damage repair, and polar replication fork arrest.
