Structural, Dielectric, Electrical, and Thermal Properties of the Ce-Doped Ba2TiMoO6 Double Perovskite

Abstract: Ce doped Ba2TiMoO6 with different Ce percentage was synthesized by solid state reaction and investigated. Morphological, electrical and thermal properties were examined. The electrical investigation show that the increase of Ce percentage favors the electrical confinement which leads to a decrease in the electrical capacitance from 2.6 to 1.6 nF, an increase in the dielectric modulus from 0.16 to 0.9, a decrease in the current density from 60 to 3 nA, and a decrease of thermal conductivity from 1.8 to 0.12 W.m… Show more
