Structural Racism, Workforce Diversity, and Mental Health Disparities: A Critical Review

Abstract: Objective Racial workforce diversity has been suggested as a critical pathway to address persistent racial mental health disparities. However, structural racism has been noted to diminish such workforce diversity efforts.
