Abstract:In the investigation that was performed, the authors studied the structure and properties of lymphocytes' surfaces in patients with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia with application of atomic force microscopy technology. It was stated that development of chronic lymphoblastic leukemia is characterized with circulation of immature forms of lymphocytic series in peripheral bloodstream, for which increase of surface potential by 456% (p<0.05) as compared with control group, is typical.
