Abstract: Benzothiazole derivatives are highly selective and an antitumor therapeutic in vitro and in vivo, highlighting the compound 2-(4'-aminophenyl) benzothiazole (ABT), which exhibits nanomolar concentration activity in vitro against some human breast cancer cells in humans.
