Structure ofLa130at low and medium spins

Abstract: Low-and medium-spin states of the odd-odd nucleus 130 La were studied by in-beam and pulsed-beam γ -ray spectroscopy using the 121 Sb( 12 C,3n) and 116 Sn( 16 O,pn) fusion-evaporation reactions. The decay out of the πh 11/2 ⊗ νh 11/2 and πh 11/2 ⊗ νg 7/2 rotational structures to the ground state has been elucidated. Spin and parity values have been assigned to most of the newly observed states, as well as to the bandheads of the rotational bands. Two isomeric states were identified and placed in the level sche… Show more

“…With the spectral information of the lump at hand, it is natural to investigate the nonlinear stability of the lump solution. By a result of Ionescu-Kenig-Tataru [25], the KP-I equation is well-posed in the natural energy space. Note that while the initial value problem of KP-II is relatively easy to handle (see [10]), the wellposedness (or ill-posedness) of the KP-I equation is much more delicate.…”

“…(The general case follows from a scaling argument for Q in the travelling speed). The existence of this solution is guaranteed by the result of [25]. For t sufficiently small, we can find γ 1 , γ 2 , depending on t, such that the function…”

“…Successfully performing shape retrieval on a dataset of human models is therefore an extremely chal-lenging, yet relevant task. Datasets of 3D humans have also been used in other tasks such as pose estimation (Ionescu et al 2014), finding correspondences (Bogo et al 2014), and statistical modelling (Hasler et al 2009). For our work, the participants submitted retrieval results for a variety of methods for our human dataset, and we compared with the results in (Pickup et al 2014).…”
