Structure Rotation and Pull-in Voltage Control of MEMS Lateral Comb Resonators Under Fault Conditions

Abstract: Lateral comb resonators (LCRs) theoretically possess a symmetric structure; therefore, the electrostatic force is effective only along the axis of displacement and is neutralized elsewhere.
