Structured review of validity of clinical definitions of hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE)

Abstract: Hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE) incidence is an important perinatal care quality measure as it is a near-miss marker of intrapartum-related stillbirth and neonatal death.
