Abstract: Etwa 10% aller Brustkrebserkrankungen in Deutschland sind erblich oder familiär bedingt. Im Unterschied zu den spontanen Formen des Brustkrebses erkranken Frauen mit einer erblichen Belastung für ein Mammakarzinom häufig deutlich früher, die Trägerinnen einer BRCA-Mutation oft bereits vor dem 40.
