This article presents the curriculum of Latin language courses and discusses their variations. We describe and analyze general characteristics and specificities of textbooks published in the discipline within the last five years, as well as their methodological recommendations. We systematically lay out traditional and innovative methods and pedagogical techniques of the discipline, including types of assessment, available applications, and resources for the cultural component of the course. Digital learning formats that are potentially effective for mastering Greco-Latin medical vocabulary are described in detail. The ultimate goal of all these methods is to train highly qualified professionals who are able to continuously grow in their discipline, not only being in command of medical terminology, but also understanding the principles of how medical terms are generated. Our approach involves the descriptive method, systematic categorization of scientific and methodological literature, and comparative analysis.

The article discusses the project approach to the implementation of individual educational trajectories (IET) in modern Russian university. The relevance of the study stems from the lack of effective models of individualization of the educational process in higher education. The aim of this work is to analyze the project approach as a key subjective factor in the implementation of individual educational paths in the structure of a modern university. The interdisciplinary methodology lies as the basis of the study, which allows integrating the educational practices of higher education in a single context at the fundamental level and achieving a synergistic effect in their implementation. The majority of modern scientific works are devoted either to the problems of individualization of higher education, or to the implementation of project activities at a university, without a detailed analysis of the correlations of these concepts of modern educational discourse.As results, the article presents the key principles of the project approach to the implementation of IET (systemicity, teamwork, interaction with the external environment, digital transformation of the learning process, staffing of project work), as well as a list of issues requiring discussion by the scientific community exploring modern educational practices of higher education in Russia. The authors emphasize that the project approach to the implementation of IEP in higher education can be considered as a special technique based on the competency-based approach to individualization of education and focusing on the active position of the student to recognize educational deficits and make an individual choice of the educational route, to see and comprehend the directions of competency-based growth and self-development. The awareness of individualization of learning is determined by the project approach, while the individual educational path becomes more conscious and logical for the student, provoking his (her) educational needs and providing the need for the development of certain competencies. The results of the study were used by the authors to develop and implement an adaptive model for constructing individual educational trajectories at the Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University.

The definition is given, upbringing possibilities of theatre activities are identified; their main form is children's association. Theatre association is seen as an upbringing environment where pedagogues and children solve a set of tasks of children’s upbringing and socialising in the process of theatrical activity. Particular attention is paid to the fact that, when organising theatrical activities, one should take into account the peculiarities of the region, the societas and the specifics of rural school. Rural school often assumes the functions of additional education for children and adults; it is the centre of cultural and leisure activities for the whole population. Problems when organising theatre activities for rural children are considered; it is also noted that setting up a theatre group in a school helps to overcome the socialisation difficulties of rural children. A number of favourable factors, positively influencing the organisation and development of children’s theatrical activity, their socialisation, include close ties of school and societas, closeness of children to nature, development of interaction of children with parents, with fellow villagers, rural spiritual and moral environment, development of integrative connections. It is noted that theatrical activity in a number of rural schools is a system-forming one, i.e. it unites the activities of all actors, it contributes to the integration of general education and additional education of rural schoolchildren. Peculiarities of the content, forms, methods and technologies that can be used when organising theatrical activity of rural schoolchildren are considered.
