Student Perceptions of Stressors and the Value of Coaching in a Baccalaureate Nursing Articulation Program

Abstract: Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses (RIBN) is a unique articulation program in North Carolina. The fourth year of RIBN is challenging; students are enrolled as full-time university students while starting part-time employment as new graduate nurses.
