Student Performance Prediction Using Ml a Survey

Abstract

There is a huge difference between traditional education system and current education system. Current Educational System has so many problems. Today's educational system has many challenging factors. Student's performance varies from one student with the other student. There are so many factors and parameters that affects student academic performances. Every college or education system aims for 100% results in their colleges. Factors like communication skills, student grasping capability, attendance status, family history, family income, pervious semester results etc. plays a vital role in the student academic performance. Result prediction system can be built with different approaches like Random Forest, CNN, Decision Tree, SVM Algorithm etc. We thought of using our own dataset for Indian students with Bayesian Classifier and Random Forest algorithms, they may yield better prediction about student performance.
