Studi Keselamatan Di Perlintasan Sebidang JPL No. 5a Km 2 + 285 Jalan Hadiah

Abstract

A train is a railroad facility that runs alone or together with other railroad vehicles and can move along the track when the train is running. A railroad crossing is an example of a road and rail meeting, where traffic jams and accidents often occur. In this study the research location was at JPL No. 5a on Jalan Hadiah, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, between Grogol and Pesing stations. This location is one busy intersection. This railroad crossing has a very busy train schedule both on weekdays and weekends. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of safety by assessing the integrity of the signs, the geometry of the crossing, the daily traffic volume, and the characteristics of road users at JPL No. 5a KM2+285. Based on the results of the survey conducted, from the aspect of the completeness of the signs, there are still many that are not yet available and the SMPK obtained is 39.435 smpk, 42.066 smpk, and 40.432 smpk where these results exceed the applicable standards of 3.,000 smpk. The most common types of violations that occur are vehicles waiting in the opposite lane with a probability level of 100% and severity level 3 including the extreme risk categoryAbstrak
 Kereta api adalah sarana perkeretaapian yang berjalan sendiri atau bersama dengan sarana perkeretaapian lainnya dan dapat bergerak sepanjang lintasan saat kereta api berjalan. Sebuah perlintasan kereta api adalah contoh pertemuan jalan raya dan kereta api, dimana sering terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas. Pada penelitian ini lokasi penelitian berada di JPL No. 5a di Jalan Hadiah, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, antara stasiun Grogol dan Pesing. Lokasi ini merupakan salah satu perlintasan yang padat. Perlintasan kereta api ini memiliki jadwal kereta api yang sangat padat baik pada hari kerja maupun akhir pekan. Dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keselamatan dengan menilai keutuhan rambu, geometrik perlintasan, volume lalu lintas harian, dan karakteristik pengguna jalan di JPL No. 5a KM2+285. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan, dari aspek kelengkapan rambu, masih banyak yang belum tersedia dan SMPK yang didapat yaitu sebesar 39.435 smpk, 42.066 smpk, dan 40.432 smpk dimana hasil tersebut melebihi standar yang berlaku yaitu sebesar 35.000 smpk. Jenis pelanggaran yang paling sering terjadi yaitu kendaraan menunggu di lajur yang berlawanan arah dengan tingkat probability 100% dan tingkat severity 3 termasuk kategori extreme risk.
