Studies of physical and chemical and food safety indicators of melon varieties «Kolkhoznitsa» and «Mirzachulskaya»

Abstract: The article determines physical and chemical parameters, vitamin composition, mineral elements, organic acids, and fatty acid composition of the "Kolkhoznitsa" and "Mirzachulskaya" melon varieties.
