Studies on Inheritance of Botrytis Grey Mould Resistance in Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)

Abstract: Background: Botrytis grey mould (BGM) is a fungal disease of chickpea and can infect plants at any stage of development. In order to develop the resistant varieties, it is a necessary to understand the pattern of inheritance of its resistance and hence experiments were conducted during rabi 2014-17 at field area of GBPUAT, Pantnagar.
