Studies on Lymphocytes

Abstract: Tritiated thymidine was administered to calves continually for 2 to 8 days via the thymic artery in an attempt to label intensively thymic lymphocytes. Heavily labeled cells which had migrated from the thymus were observed in the spleen, lymph nodes and Peyer's patches.
