Abstract:An interesting GaN/InGaN-based light emitting diode (LED) structure incorporating silver (Ag) nanoparticles (NPs), an indium gallium oxide (IGO) current blocking layer (CBL), and a gallium oxide (Ga2O3) surface passivation layer (SPL), is manufactured and proposed.
