Abstract:The isotherms and kinetic adsorption models for lead (II) in the mining pit water at Bangka on Shrimp Shells Waste Chitosan (Sw-Chi) was studied. The Sw-Chi from the dried shrimp (generally Penaeus semisulcatus species) waste were extracted via deproteinization, demineralization, decolorization and deacetylation steps at previous work.
