Abstract: Peptic ulcer has been a ravaging gastrointestinal disorder in clinical practice. The symptomatic effect is the perforation of the stomach lining. The study was aimed at evaluating the anti-ulcer activity and phytochemical constituents of the leaves of Ocimum gratissimum.
