Study of Clinico Electrophysiological Profile of Diabetic Neuropathy

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Diabetic neuropathy is a common and troublesome microvascular complication of diabetes. It includes wide range of abnormalities involving peripheral and autonomic nerve functions.
