Lemus‐Mondaca et al., ; Prior et al., ), and (2) electron transfer ability as like ferric‐reducing antioxidant power, radical scavenging of 2,2′‐azino‐bis‐3‐ethylbenzo‐thiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid (ABTS), and 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay (Huang et al., ).
