Study of Nanoinclusions Distribution in 3D Polymer Matrixes Using Electronic and Confocal Microscopy

Abstract: New ZnO nanomaterial was synthesized by laser ablation in liquids. Zinc oxide nanoparticles supported on natural polymer – natural cotton. Antibacterial properties of the composites were investigated. Surface of the material and the distribution of nanoparticles on it were studied using scanning electron microscopy, and confocal scanning microscopy. The possibility of confocal scanning microscopy to distinguish between fluorescent labels such as ZnO.
