Study of Performance Characteristics of TSH on Finecare™ Poct Device

Abstract: Objective: Thyroid diseases can be diagnosed and monitored by serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) measurement along with serum T3 and T4 (both free and total). However, TSH is used to distinguish between euthyroid and hyperthyroid patients. Hence, analysis sensitivity of the TSH assay plays a very significant role. Aims and objectives – The aim of the study was to perform the precision study, calculate the randomerror and analytical measurement rangeverification, as well as verify the accuracy of TSH estim… Show more

“…This approach allows for synergistic effects, improved therapeutic outcomes, and reduced dosages of individual drugs. Bioactive in situ gels : Incorporation of bioactive molecules, such as growth factors, cytokines, or gene therapies, into in situ gels can enhance tissue regeneration and promote healing in various applications, including wound healing, bone repair, and tissue engineering. [ 71 ] Industrial potentials [ 72–76 ] :In situ gels have a large industrial potential, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors. Among the most important industrial applications are:Drug Delivery Systems: In situ gels provide a promising platform for controlled drug delivery, allowing therapeutic chemicals to be released continuously at the target site.…”
